Ah, the memories! I’d forgotten that last month of having a tiny foot planted firmly in my left lung and constant acid burn.
Maybe some of your pregnant readers can take heart from that! It will all be a memory soon. You will be able to sleep on your stomach again. Pregnancy has a time limit.
And yes, you will continue to have disturbed sleep for quite a while after the baby is born, but if you go with it and sleep when you can it’s manageable.
It all improves over time.
