The Menopause Diaires... they say that journaling helps alot of things... and I'm hoping that if I start writing these things down.. it will help me.. thanks for being there.. and all the hysterical funny ways.. that you have helped me.. looking to read more of your stuff soon.. and as soon as I get my own up ..
